Management education is a professional program, it has got it is s’ own method of delivery, rigor, and approach. Unlike many programs where the focus is on imparting knowledge, here the utmost focus is on outcome-based learning. The academic rigor in ADMIPro is a combination of classroom theory and workplace practice at the same time. This particular model keeps us distinct from others.

The pedagogy

We strongly believe that Management is more an art than a science, it can’t be taught; rather the students of management must be trained to do. Therefore our pedagogy is training oriented. The pedagogy extensively uses experiential learning tools like outbound training, case analysis, Field study, and Concurrent internship for 360-degree learning.

Each course is delivered with a structured teaching and learning plan, where for each lesson the outcome is defined at the beginning of the session. The TLP is developed by a team of experts from industry, corporate trainers and academicians of eminence to blend conceptual learning and application, exposure to workplace and business realities straight from the horses’ mouth and enjoyable learning.

Learning Management System (LMS)

The whole Teaching and Learning Process is Managed by an indigenously developed LMS of ADMIPro. In addition to the classroom sessions and internship, training students are given access to self-learning by using the dedicated LMS. A wide range of Learning Resources like audio-visual lessons, study handouts, industry reports, Scholastic articles, White papers, live cases, and business updates are made available to students for enriching their knowledge and understanding.

We follow a rigorous, fully documented and recorded Assessment and Evaluation process. The assessment process is carried out both ongoing and term-end basis. Subject quizzes, in-class exercises, Field studies, presentations are done as a part of the continuous assessment program (CAP). Besides the Mid Term Assessment (MTA) and Semester Examination ( SE) assess the students comprehensively.

Faculty Resource

ADMIPro boasts of one of the best team of faculty resources. All the faculty members come from multiple industry background. The Faculty team comprises of Young and experienced Academicians with proven teaching skill and subject expertise, working professionals from industry, Seasoned trainers and Faculty from abroad ( foreign faculty experts). Besides the regular sessions, the academic program is designed to add wonderful learning flavor through the weekly guest talks by captains from industry, motivational speakers, young entrepreneurs and many more.

The Internship

The strongest differentiator of our PGDM program is the 4E Internship Model. Designed, Developed and Executed by the Strategic Team of ADMIPro, this model provides the students real-time project internship from the first term. The students work every day after their class sessions on various live assignments in Digital Marketing. The model enables them not only to earn as they learn but also enriches their resume with work experience certificate, which increases their saleability in the industry with a higher salary package.
